We’re upgrading our private exchange for individual new sales to a new platform to better serve our brokers and those shopping for a Health Alliance plan. The new platform is more user-friendly and provides a seamless transition from our website to the private exchange.
- Last day to access current platform: August 31
Applications submitted on August 31 will be processed normally through the current system.
- New platform goes live: September 1
You can access the new exchange through HealthAlliance.org or your broker account at Your Health Alliance. If you or your clients have entered information into the current system, you’ll have to reenter it in the new one. It will not automatically transfer.
Training for the new private exchange will be on these dates:
- August 22: Training video available
- August 30: Q&A session, 10 to 10:30 a.m.
- August 31: Q&A session, 3 to 3:30 p.m.
