2018 Health Alliance Agent Certification Required

All brokers appointed to sell our products in Illinois for individual, small and large group (including group Medicare), and self-funded plans must complete the 2018 Health Alliance Broker Certification courses by January 31, 2018.

We’ve posted an online training guide on the Forms & Resources section of Your Health Alliance for brokers to help you get started.

You only need to complete courses for the lines of business you actively sell with us. If you begin selling another product mid-year, you’ll need to return to the training website and complete the certification for that product at that time. All Illinois resident brokers will receive continuing education credits for each course completed.

Appointments will be terminated for any brokers who do not complete the 2018 Health Alliance Broker Certification by January 31, 2018.
