2020 Broker Certification Courses

All brokers appointed to sell our products for individual, small and large group (including group Medicare), and self-funded plans must complete the 2020 Health Alliance Broker Certification courses by January 31, 2020. The courses are now available in your online training account.

We’ve posted an online training guide on the Forms & Resources section of Your Health Alliance for brokers to help you get started.

You only need to complete courses for the lines of business you actively sell with us. If you begin selling another product mid-year, you’ll need to return to the training website and complete the certification for that product. Brokers will receive continuing education credits for each course completed.

Appointments will be terminated for any brokers who do not complete the 2020 Health Alliance Broker Certification by January 31, 2020.

Note: This training applies only to Health Alliance and not to the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) training through CMS. You must also complete your FFM training through CMS in order to receive compensation on individual FFM policies.
