2020 Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visit Mailers Out to Members – NW

On January 21, 2020, the attached Annual Wellness Visit letters was mailed out to all Health Alliance Medicare Advantage members. This would result in them receiving the letters by end of last week.

This is a great chance for you to connect with your Medicare Advantage members and encourage them to schedule their Annual Wellness Visits with their PCPs. These visits give the members a chance to catch health problems early and to come up with a plan to help avoid issues down the road. If your clients have not had their annual wellness visit yet this year, they should call their PCP to schedule one today.

Clients who need help finding or reaching a PCP, or who have questions on coverage, are encouraged to call the Member Services number on the back of their ID cards. They can also stop by one of our local offices with these types of questions or inquiries.
