On Wednesday, October 23, brokers can begin downloading and ordering materials for the 2020 plan year through the Forms & Resources section of Your Health Alliance for brokers.

If you need to have your materials shipped to a different address than the one Health Alliance has on file, please choose “Ship to a different address” option when ordering. Please make sure it is a street address, as we cannot deliver orders to P.O. boxes.

Please disregard all 2019 sales materials and update them with 2020 sales materials.
