Complete 2022 FFM Broker Training

All brokers who wish to sell our individual products through the Marketplace in 2022 must complete the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) training by December 31, 2021.

Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) Training

In order to continue to receive 2022 renewal or new business commissions for Marketplace plans, you must complete the training by this date.

Please review this CMS guide for help registering for and completing the training. Once you’ve completed the training, please check that your name is on the Completion list. Your information may take 1 to 2 business days to appear. If your name isn’t on the list, you are not considered certified for 2022.

Please send a copy of your certificate of completion via the Broker Portal upload tool.
