Election Erases ACA Uncertainty

While some people and pundits hoped the election would mean big changes to the Affordable Care Act, President Barack Obama’s re-election means our nation, and our industry, can move ahead with compliance and other new marketplace adjustments.

We will continue to play an active role in shaping the new environment and complying with regulations, all the while focusing on what’s best for our members, employers, and brokers.

Concerns, however, remain about affordability and coverage disruptions, among other issues. We look forward to the rules likely to come out following the election that should give our industry some much-anticipated clarity and direction.

We’ve posted a copy of the corrected map on Your Health Alliance’s Forms and Resources page under the Individual Sales Materials section.

We apologize for the confusion. If you have any questions, contact your individual sales representative.
