Error on Your January Commission Statement

We’ve identified an error on your January 2018 commission statement. It’s in the PDF statement’s total displayed on page 1, under Summary and Summary totals. All payments were calculated and paid correctly. The PDF commission statement is the only part that was affected. This issue is isolated to individual members and does not affect Medicare or group.

The version of the commission statement that you can download as an Excel file is correct and should be used as the statement of record at this point. We recommend that you download this to confirm the commission amount to pay, and thus your payment, was correct.

To download your commission statement in an Excel format:

  • Log in to Your Health Alliance for brokers. Choose the Commission Statements box from the quick links on the side.
  • From the list of all your statements, choose January 2018’s row, (do not check the check-box) to bring up a PDF version, which has a Statement Extract option in the menu on the left.
  • In Statement Extract, you’ll see a partial report. Choose the Save button in the top right corner.
  • A pop-up will open for you to choose a format to save in. Choose XLS for Excel, and then you can choose to open or save the file.
