HMO 8150 Elite Catastrophic Plan on Healthcare.gov
November 1, 2019Health Alliance identified an error on the HMO 8150 Elite Catastrophic plan displayed on HealthCare.gov and is working with them to have it corrected. In the meantime, it’s important for you to be aware of the correct benefit information.
Incorrect information posted on HealthCare.gov:

Health Alliance’s HMO 8150 Elite Catastrophic plan documents correctly state the following:

In-Network: $0 visits 1-3, then Deductible and 0% Out-of-Network: Not Covered |
