New Health Alliance Northwest Director

It is with great pleasure that we announce Shannon Sims as the new director of Health Alliance Northwest. Before joining Health Alliance Northwest, Shannon worked at Confluence Health as the accountable care department’s education and enrollment manager. 

Shannon has been part of the Confluence Health System family for 10 years. Before joining Confluence, she worked with her family running a Small Group business in the Wenatchee market. 

Shannon will be responsible for building relationships with local brokers, employers and community agencies in the Confluence and Yakima markets.

She lives and has raised her family in Cashmere and also has very strong ties in North Central Washington.
