Part D Creditable Coverage Letter

The annual Part D Creditable Coverage Letter notice will be going out to members who are Medicare eligible on an active plan or an active (Commercial) plan by 10/15/21. Currently, all Health Alliance fully insured and self-funded plans are creditable.
