Small Group Reporting Package Discontinuation

You spoke, and we listened. Based on your feedback, we are redirecting our efforts to more advantageous ways of reducing cost for your customers. As you suggested, offering experience reports to small groups within the preset regulated rating model of the ACA was not adding value.

Therefore, effective 1/1/2020, for all future renewal dates, the small group reporting package will no longer be available for request nor will it be posted on the broker or employer portals, and on 2/1/2020, all previously posted reports will be removed from the broker and employer portals. Rest assured, you will continue to receive top decile consulting services from your client consultant, have access to your renewals, forms and resources on the broker portal, and have access to the broker support call center. An employer flash will go out on 12/23 to employers that received reporting within the past six months.
