Updates to Riverside Sales Kits

We’re correcting errors found in the Riverside Medicare Advantage fold guide, the provider section of the guidebook, and the provider spotlight flier. In the fold guide, the Simplete Riverside 3 out-of-network X-ray cost-sharing amount is listed incorrectly. The correct out-of-network cost-sharing amount is a $50 copay.

In the guidebook and provider spotlight flier, Prairie Rock Foot & Ankle and Orthopedic Associates of Kankakee should have been removed from our list of Tier 1 providers.

In all sales kits, we’re inserting an errata page with the corrected information directly behind the sales kit cover letter. We will send the letters and updated provider spotlight fliers directly to the brokers whose sales kits have already been shipped.
