When to Expect Small Group Renewals

Small Group Renewals for November 2018

For ACA renewals, you should have received an email from us on September 1 with a link to access the renewal. We sent November transitional renewal portfolios for fully insured small groups with a November 1 effective date a few weeks ago, so you should have them now.

Small Group Renewals for December 2018

For ACA renewals, you will receive an email from us on October 1 with a link to access the renewal. We began emailing transitional renewal portfolios for fully insured small groups with a December 1 effective date on September 10, so you should have them by now.

Small Group Renewals for January 2019

For ACA renewals, we’ll send an email with a link to access the renewal on November 1 (pending Department of Insurance approval). You will renew your January ACA groups in our private exchange. 

We began emailing the transitional renewal portfolios last week. You should receive them by the end of next week. Once we receive Illinois and Iowa Department of Insurance approval on the ACA plans (expected in early November) we will begin emailing you the ACA alternative quotes for groups on transitional plans. You do not need to request these quotes.
