HHS Suspends PCIP Enrollment & IPXP Enrollment Ends March 2

Enrollment in the federally-run Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plan (PCIP) is suspended as of today, February 15, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced in a memo today to health plan contractors.
