2017 Enrollment Site Goes Live October 15

The 2017 link for online enrollment through Destination Rx will be active starting October 15, 2016, for 2017 plan year applications. For 2017, your National Producer Number (NPN) is both your username and password.

Learn more about accessing the online enrollment tool in this quick guide. After processing an online application, you don’t need to send us the paper copy of the application, but you will need to keep it for your records

Reminder: There is not a section in the online enrollment tool to enter credit card information. If a member indicates on the application that he or she would like to pay by credit card, you’ll need to send a copy of the application to MedicareEnrollment@healthalliance.org or have the member fill out a credit card authorization form.

You can email scope of appointment forms to Scope@healthalliance.org.

If you have enrollments effective on November 1 or December 1, 2016, make sure to use the 2016 link.

All contracting requirements for 2017 should be completed prior to writing applications for January 1, 2017, effective dates. If you have questions regarding your contracting status, email HABrokerContracting@healthalliance.org.
