2021 New Medicare Member Orientation
February 2, 2021New January members enrolled on our Illinois Simplete and Quad Cities Health Alliance Medicare plans will be mailed postcards the first two weeks in February inviting them to join us online for orientation offerings during the third week of February. This orientation will project our warmest welcome along with other pertinent information getting started on our Medicare Advantage plans.

- How to contact Health Alliance
- COVID-19 Facts and Benefits
- Pharmacy Overview
- Usage of Hally Health
