We’re very proud of the hard work, dedication and care we put in to make sure our members are happy and receive the best quality healthcare through our provider partners. Our hard work is reflected each year in the Star Ratings we receive from the federal government.

We’re happy to announce that our Star Ratings fliers for 2021 are now available on the Forms and Resources section of YourHealthAlliance.org for Brokers, under the Individual Medicare Marketing tab for each region. You can view and print them directly from the links below. And please remember to remove the current fliers from sales kits and replace them with the new fliers by October 29th.
