Health Alliance Earns A+ Rating from Better Business Bureau

Health Alliance is now a Better Business Bureau (BBB) Accredited Business with an A+ rating. The BBB is the authority on trust in the market and the leading resource for providing objective, unbiased information on businesses to the public.

Consumers turn to the BBB when they want businesses to be held accountable and when they’re pleased with the service they receive. Health Alliance received an A+ rating score (97% or higher), because we receive few complaints and address well those we do receive.

The timing of the honor is especially helpful for consumers as Medicare Advantage AEP ends December 7, and enrollment for Individual and Family plans ends December 15.
