Health Alliance Northwest Wenatchee Office Is Moving

To better support our North Central Washington customers, the Health Alliance Northwest office in Wenatchee is moving across the intersection to 411 N. Chelan Ave., Suite A, which is the old Pioneer Title building.

We’ve outgrown the old location. The new location brings all of our employees in this region under one roof. It also increases our ability to meet with members privately when addressing their questions and offers improved parking and accessibility for members who use mobility devices. It was important to us to find a building that is ADA compliant and more accessible to our members.

The move will take place Friday, September 6. Due to furniture being taken out of the current space, we will close that office to walk-in guests at noon.

We’ve mailed postcards to all members to tell them about the move, and we’ve posted a sign in the current space alerting them to details.

We anticipate no disruption for customers who call in for assistance. Phones will remain open as normal from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. PT. The new space will be ready to receive walk-in customers on Monday, September 9, with normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT.
