Incorrect Premium Information In Sales Material

In the Simplete 2020 Big Picture Guide, which is inserted behind the cover of the sales kit, there was an error in the premium listed for the Simplete 2 (HMO) plan. The premium should be $28, not $24.

Please discard any versions of the Big Picture Guide you have at this time. For correct premium information for this plan, please refer to page 50 of the Benefit Guide.

We are currently in the process of reprinting the Big Picture Guide, and will be shipping you replacements as soon as they are ready.

If you downloaded a copy of the sales kit from the Forms and Resources section of Your Health Alliance for brokers, make sure you replace it with the new version.
