New Broker Tool for Uploading Applications and FormsMay 4, 2020
Health Alliance and Health Alliance Northwest are excited to announce a new tool for our brokers. You and your administrative support staff now have the ability to submit Individual and Medicare consumer applications, plan changes, terminations and other accompanying documentation through a new upload tool on YourHealthAlliance.org for Brokers.
This new feature also allows us to better meet data security requirements and protect our members’ data. For that reason, we request that you and your administrative support staff no longer use email for sending confidential member information.
In addition to stronger safeguards and protections for you and our members, this enhancement will ensure an improved compliance posture regarding regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
