New Electronic Scope of Appointment Email Capability

Health Alliance and Health Alliance Northwest are excited to announce that our brokers now have the ability to submit a Scope of Appointment form electronically through our online enrollment tool.

This new feature allows you to:

  • Email your beneficiary a request to have them fill out the Scope of Appointment form electronically and have it tie back to your profile. You’ll also have the ability to fill in and submit your agent information electronically.
  • If you’ve already filled out a Scope of Appointment form, you’ll have the capability to upload it into the system.

Follow this link for a step-by-step guide that takes you through the whole process. This guide also shows you how to send out your personal URL to complete online enrollments (the process previously shared in our email on April 7).
