New Telework Technology for Northwest Medicare Brokers

Do you have clients – or potential clients – who are eligible for Medicare but unable to visit your office? Perhaps they no longer drive or are busy with grandparent duties? Beneficiaries need to be able to enroll, even when in-person meetings aren’t possible. We can help. Health Alliance Northwest is sharing new technology that’ll let your clients enroll, with you as the Agent of Record, without the necessity of face-to-face meetings.

With Health Alliance Northwest, you can now send a personalized URL (PURL) to your clients. With this URL, they can review plan options and enroll from home at their convenience, while you remain the Agent of Record.

How exactly does it work? You’ll find the PURL on your account once you log into our existing Medicare Online & Enrollment website. Simply send this PURL to your client (or potential client) via email. By clicking on this PURL, your client is taken to our enrollment site, where your name will appear as their broker. When your client enrolls through this link, you are automatically tied to the sale as the Agent of Record.
