Reimbursement Change for Be Fit Member ProgramSeptember 6, 2018
Effective immediately, members have up to one year from the date of their gym or fitness class receipt to submit claims for reimbursement. The date on their receipt serves as the date of service. Before this change, reimbursement claims from previous plan years could only be processed/paid in the first 90 days of the new plan year.
We must receive receipts and completed reimbursement forms within 365 days of the date of the receipt, or it will not be reimbursed. Reimbursement requests can be sent monthly, quarterly or yearly.
Reimbursement forms will be updated in new member materials and online in time for plan year 2019.
In the meantime, continue to use the current Be Fit reimbursement form and let members know about the reimbursement time frame change.
