Top 25 Drug List – Generic & Brand Name

For 2016, the format of our Formulary has changed. If we only cover the generic version of a drug, the formulary does not list the brand name drug next to the generic version. To assist you, we’ve created a list of the top 25 generic drugs that are prescribed to our members and included its brand name next to it. We will still only cover the generic version of the drug, but this will be a helpful tool in determining how drugs are covered on our Formulary.
