Update to Medicare Advantage Guidebooks

We have corrected an error in the pharmacy section in all versions of the Medicare guidebook for plan year 2019.

The initial coverage amount is listed incorrectly on the pharmacy benefits chart. In all sales kits, we’re inserting an errata page with the corrected chart directly behind the sales kit cover letter. The error is on a different page in each market’s guidebook, so the letter has been versioned for each market.

We will send the letters directly to the brokers whose sales kits have already been shipped.
