WA and IA Medicare Star Ratings for 2020
October 10, 2019I wanted to provide advance notice of a potential positive change to the overall Star Rating for HANW MA service lines. We are very pleased to share that a recent Star Ratings preview indicates the rating may be increasing to 3.5. We are very appreciative of your collaboration with our Star Ratings team over the past year. The dedicated efforts have paid off to achieve this incremental improvement. While 3.5 Stars shows that we are doing a lot of things right, there are continued opportunities for improvement. We will continue to take this seriously, and strive to become a 5 Star Rated plan.
